USEAAB Accreditation Requirements

The United States Ministry of Accredited Business Program & Education Certification outlines specific requirements for educational institutions around the globe. To earn accreditation, these institutions must adhere to established quality standards and demonstrate compliance with these criteria.

CRITERION I- MISSION

The institution's mission and educational standards must be transparent and easily understood by the public. Its purpose and range of activities should be clearly communicated, with detailed information about its research focus, scholarly activities, teaching methods, and academic programs readily accessible.

iThe institution has a broadly shared mission statement, endorsed by its governing board, that clearly defines its purpose in higher education, guides its efforts, and is well understood by the community.

iiThe organization articulates how it plans to achieve its mission within the context of its goals, features, and expected outcomes. It identifies specific achievements or results that demonstrate an acceptable level of success in fulfilling its mission.

CRITERION II:
INTEGRITY

The organization maintains integrity in its operations by implementing inclusive structures and processes that engage the board, administration, faculty, staff, and students in achieving its mission.

i-The organization’s management and administrative frameworks promote effective leadership and collaborative practices, enabling the achievement of its objectives.

ii-The organization upholds and safeguards its integrity consistently.

CRITERION III :
Learning Outcomes and Teaching Excellence

The institution provides evidence of student learning and teaching effectiveness, demonstrating that it is successfully meeting its educational goals.

i-The educational programs clearly define their objectives for student learning outcomes, facilitating effective assessment.

ii-The organization emphasizes and supports high-quality instruction.

iii-The organization fosters productive and engaging learning environments.

CRITERION IV:
Knowledge Application

The organization promotes a culture of continuous learning among faculty, administration, staff, and students by supporting and encouraging exploration, innovation, practical application, and social responsibility, all aligned with its mission.

i-The institution demonstrates a commitment to fostering a culture of lifelong learning through the actions of its board, administrators, students, faculty, and staff.

ii-The organization emphasizes that acquiring a broad range of knowledge and skills, as well as engaging in intellectual exploration, are central to its educational programs.

iii- The institution assesses the relevance of its curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of students in a global, diverse, and technology-driven society.

iv-The organization offers assistance to guarantee that faculty, students, and staff attaThe organization provides support to ensure that faculty, students, and staff acquire, discover, and apply knowledge responsibly.

CRITERION V:
Resource Planning and Institutional Management

The organization has sufficient resources, frameworks, and procedures to achieve its goals, improve the quality of its educational programs, and adapt to future challenges. It actively plans for potential developments and changes.

i-The organization proactively prepares for future changes driven by societal and economic shifts.

ii-The institution’s resources support its educational initiatives and its strategies for maintaining and enhancing excellence over time.

iii-Ongoing assessment mechanisms provide reliable evidence of effectiveness, guiding strategic planning for continuous improvement.

iv-All strategic planning aligns with the organization’s mission, enhancing its capacity to achieve that mission.
